Dongfang Alloy Foundry of Gubang Oil Equipment Co., Ltd. in Shengli Oilfield is a joint-stock enterprise reorganized by the former Shengli Oilfield affiliated enterprises. It was founded in 1993 and is located in Dongying City, Shandong Province, at the mouth of the Yellow River. There are six functional offices, a testing center and seven professional production workshops for casting, heat treatment, heat treatment, processing, processing, CNC processing and machine assembly. The main production equipment includes 6 sets of medium frequency furnace for foundry, 12 sets of heat treatment box resistance furnace, 2 sets of carburizing furnace, 1 set of carbonitriding furnace, 14 sets of various CNC lathes, one set of XH768 CNC horizontal machining center, one set of T6916D vertical milling and boring machine, one set of double column lathe C5231A, one large horizontal lathe CW61180 and other types of machine processing. More than 120 sets of equipment. Our factory is an enterprise mainly engaged in researching, developing, producing and processing petroleum drilling and production machinery products. Its leading products are mud pump and its accessories (such as bimetal cylinder liner, pump valve, piston rod, valve box and assembly), turntable and its accessories (such as square drill rod core, square tile, etc.), floating hoop floating shoes, diesel engine cylinder liner, etc. Drilling and production machinery products such as toothplate, various kinds of clear water pumps, sewage pumps, submersible pumps, oil production accessories, etc. Now it can produce 50 mud pumps, 50 rotary tables, 6,000 mud pump cylinder liners, 30,000 pump valves and 100,000 other accessories.

Our factory attaches great importance to scientific and technological innovation and development, and many products have obtained national invention patents and utility models patents. The "Jinxin" brand petroleum machinery products produced by our factory are not only widely used in Shengli oil field market, but also sold well in Zhongyuan, Xinjiang, Jiangsu, Dagang, Changqing, Sichuan, Baoji and other oil field markets. The company is committed to the development of the international market, products are exported to the United States, Canada, Germany, the Middle East and other countries and regions, enjoy good reputation at home and abroad.
Since 2005, our factory has exported more than 200,000 pieces of floating hoop shoe shell, and shipped to the United States, Mexico, Malaysia and other countries; since 2006, with the United States Tiger Company to develop the mud pump valve box project, and has processed more than 20 varieties of 300 pieces. In 2008, the German market was successfully opened up, and several batches of valve boxes manufactured for Scheafer & Urbach were recognized by German customers. In 2005, our factory became the first-class network supplier of drilling and mining accessories of Sinopec. In 2003, it was awarded the title of "contract-abiding and credit-abiding enterprise" by Shandong Province, and was awarded the title of "double civilization advanced collective" by the Administrative Bureau for five consecutive times, and the title of "star enterprise" by the Yellow River Drilling Corporation for eight consecutive years. Our unit has passed the ISO 9001-2016 quality system and HSE health safety and environmental system certification; mud pump accessories and turntable through the American Petroleum Institute 7K product certification, certificate number API 7K-0378; floating hoop shoe shell through the American Petroleum Institute 5CT product certification, certificate number API 5CT-1610.
